A reengraving of a portrait published in Edmund Lodge's 'Portraits of Illustrious Personages of Great Britain' (1821), where it appears as no. 15 in vol. 2, somewhat larger than in the Library edition, engraved by H. Robinson. Caption includes facsimile signature. Caption indicates original portrait is at Holyrood. Also appears in the Abbotsford Edition of the Waverley Novels: see #ABB0048.
