Notes: Depicts Dalgetty (helmet in hand) in the Marquis of Argyle’s chapel at Inverary, bowing before the clergyman, with Ranald MacEagh looking on from a doorway [Ch. 14] Matches #ELM0004, but with different engraver. Exhibited at painting at Royal Scottish Academy, no. 338, 1878.
